Refund policy

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

  • Items must be purchased on our website to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items wished to be replaced or refunded, must show proof of damage or defect to be eligible.
  • If you would like to return a product, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product.
  • Item must be untouched/unopened with plastic packaging intact.
  • The product must be returned to us prior to processing a refund. Once the item has been received, we will process a refund (excluding the shipping cost) within 24 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  • Orders that have used a promo/discount coupon code are final sale.
ALL limited-edition and sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

  • If there was an error with your order, or you have received defective merchandise, please email ORDERS@DONCOSMETICS.CO within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photo of item, and full name in your email.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping expenses unless otherwise noted.
