Shipping policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

    • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
    • We ask that you allow 2-3 business days during non-peak seasons and 3-5 business days during high-peak seasons/new launches for your order to be processed.
    • Tracking information will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
    • Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS or UPS to update their system.
    • U.S. orders should arrive within 7-10 business days once it has left our warehouse.
    • Weekends and holidays can delay delivery time.

D'on Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for any incorrect input of shipping addresses. Please revise the shipping address you have entered when placing your order. Once orders have been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be corrected or changed.
